Kentucky’s Sons of Amvets Squadron #9 is located in Amvets Post #9 at 1567 South Shelby Street in Louisville, KY. We are the male family members of veterans and AMVETS. We help out around our post when we can, volunteer, help out our veterans and their families, and we help out with projects in our community. We have a small group that has a lot of heart. We started 3 years ago and we are still growing. Please feel free to stop in and ask about joining our group. All you need is a copy of your relative’s DD-214 (Discharge paper). We can help you get a copy from the DEPT of Veteran Affairs.
